Property and hospitality company PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk has retained its idAAA(cg) rating from credit rating agency PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) for its Sustainability-Linked Bonds I 2025 Series A and Series B.
The rating, PEFINDO’s highest, reflects the agency’s assessment of the issuer’s ability to meet its long-term financial obligations compared with other Indonesian issuers.
The rating will remain effective from July 7, 2026, to July 1, 2027.
Pollux Hotels Group issued a total of Rp500 billion (US$31.1 million) in sustainability-linked bonds in 2025, comprising two series.
Series A has a principal value of Rp55 billion, carrying a fixed annual interest rate of 5.85 percent with a three-year maturity. Series B has a principal value of Rp445 billion, with a fixed annual interest rate of 6.25 percent and a five-year maturity.
The company said the retained rating reflected continued confidence in its financial fundamentals and ability to meet its debt obligations.
“Maintaining the idAAA rating is an important achievement for Pollux Hotels Group. For us, it reflects confidence in the company’s fundamentals and our ability to maintain performance and consistently meet our financial obligations,” Pollux Hotels Group president director Handojo Koentoro Setyadi said.
He added that the rating would encourage the company to maintain stakeholder confidence while pursuing sustainable growth.
Pollux Hotels Group said it would continue focusing on corporate governance and operational performance while pursuing its long-term growth strategy.
The retained rating comes as the company continues to develop its business in the hospitality and property sectors, with access to financing remaining an important factor for property companies operating in a capital-intensive industry.
PEFINDO’s highest rating is intended to indicate the strongest capacity to meet financial commitments, subject to the methodology and rating assumptions applied by the agency.
