Property developer Pollux Indonesia has partnered with electric vehicle (EV) charging provider iGreen+ Indonesia to develop EV charging infrastructure across Pollux properties as demand for sustainable mobility continues to grow.
The partnership was formalized at an award signing ceremony held on Friday, Aug. 21, at World Capital Tower in Jakarta. The agreement marks the first collaboration between Pollux and iGreen+ Indonesia and is expected to pave the way for the installation of EV charging facilities at Pollux properties.
iGreen+ Indonesia, developed by PT Niscala Energi Indonesia, operates a network of public electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU) and provides EV charging solutions across Indonesia.
Bobby Hartanto, business development specialist at iGreen+, said the company saw the partnership as an opportunity to expand the adoption of EV charging technology across Pollux’s property portfolio.
“iGreen+ has already established a network across various regions in Indonesia, and this collaboration is our first partnership with Pollux,” Bobby said.
“We hope that more Pollux properties will be able to use and implement iGreen+ Indonesia’s technology in the future,” he added.
The companies said the collaboration would initially focus on exploring the implementation of EV charging facilities within Pollux’s properties. The facilities are expected to serve residents, visitors, tenants and other property users.
Pollux president commissioner Teny Siti Febryani and director Aswin Desmonda Rosidi attended the signing ceremony, along with representatives of iGreen+ Indonesia.
The partnership is also part of Pollux’s efforts to incorporate sustainable mobility solutions into its property developments, the company said.
iGreen+ Indonesia CEO Lawrence said the company viewed the agreement as the beginning of a longer-term partnership rather than a one-off business arrangement.
“We are proud to partner with Pollux Properties Indonesia in accelerating the adoption of reliable and accessible EV charging infrastructure,” Lawrence said.
He added that the partnership reflected a shared commitment to innovation and Indonesia’s transition toward more sustainable mobility.
For Pollux, the integration of EV charging infrastructure is expected to provide additional value to its properties while helping them adapt to changing consumer lifestyles and technological developments.
The companies plan to explore opportunities to expand the partnership to more properties in Pollux’s portfolio across Indonesia.
By combining Pollux’s experience in property development and management with iGreen+’s EV charging technology and network, the companies aim to develop infrastructure that supports the growing use of electric vehicles while contributing to a more sustainable property ecosystem.
