Pertamina NRE Records an Increase in SSI, Up 0.15 Points YoY

Pertamina New & Renewable Energy (Pertamina NRE) reported an increase in stakeholder satisfaction based on the results of the 2026 Stakeholder Satisfaction Index (SSI). The company’s SSI score increased to 4.30 out of 5, placing it in the good category, compared to 4.15 in the previous year.

The increase was achieved through a survey conducted by the Katadata Insight Center (KIC) to measure stakeholder satisfaction with Pertamina NRE’s stakeholder relationship management. The assessment used a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys of stakeholders who interacted with the company throughout 2025, in-depth interviews, and benchmarking analysis.

Pertamina NRE Corporate Secretary, Sri Nur Hidayati said the higher index reflects the company’s commitment to building relationships based on trust and collaboration.

“Stakeholder trust is an important foundation for Pertamina NRE in carrying out its role as a developer of new and renewable energy,” Sri said in a press statement on Friday, August 7, 2026.

She added that the improvement in the Stakeholder Satisfaction Index reflects the company’s efforts to build open, responsive, and collaborative communication, which have produced positive results.

“We regard this appreciation as motivation to continue improving the quality of our relationships with all stakeholders,” she said.

In addition to the increase in satisfaction, the survey also showed that Pertamina NRE achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +53.7. NPS is an indicator that measures the level of stakeholder loyalty and support for an organization, including the extent to which they are willing to recommend the company to others based on their experience.

The achievement indicates that stakeholder advocacy for Pertamina NRE is at a strong and competitive level compared with benchmarks in the energy industry. A total of 56.1 percent of respondents were classified as promoters—stakeholders who have had positive experiences and demonstrate a high level of trust in the company, making them willing to recommend it to others.

Furthermore, Sri said the survey results would serve as valuable input for the company to continue improving the quality of its relationships with stakeholders.

“The survey results are not only a benchmark of our performance but also strategic input for continuous improvement. Pertamina NRE will strengthen service quality through more proactive communication, the delivery of increasingly relevant and timely information, and faster responses to stakeholder needs. We believe that relationships built on trust and collaboration will be an important asset in supporting the acceleration of Indonesia’s energy transition,” she said.

Going forward, Pertamina NRE stated that it will continue strengthening stakeholder relationship management as part of the company’s strategy to develop new and renewable energy.

“Through more effective communication, closer collaboration, and increasingly responsive services, the company aims to continuously improve stakeholder relationship management as part of the development of new and renewable energy,” Sri concluded.
